Complete remodel, top to bottom
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home with 1,170 square feet. Unlike our project downtown, which had some classic architectural touches we wanted to preserve, this house was a complete remodel. Everything had to go.
This meant entirely new flooring, paint, fixtures, windows, doors, appliances, and kitchen/bathrooms. We went with a bright color scheme, with white walls, cabinets, and marble countertops, to really open up the areas visually.
Very spacious, galley-style kitchen with new stainless hardware and Whirlpool appliances.
Both the hallway bathroom and the master have matching tub/shower kits, along with complementary tile patterns and vanities. Additionally, the master bathroom was expanded from a tiny, dank cell of a shower into a full bath. Makes a huge difference!
Energy efficient
The house is also energy efficient! Newer HVAC, large dual pane windows, and solar panels on the roof already installed! You can also see the new white fence built around the concrete slab in the front to bring the house out a little more towards the street.
New fan fixtures and low-energy LED lighting also installed throughout the house, with recessed can lighting in the main living space. Open living/dining room floorplan.
